TBResolution 2023-184:AuthorizationtoAcceptGrantFundsfromNewYorkState Department of State for the East Shore Drive Pedestrian and Bicyclist Safety Corridor Project feasibility study
Resolved, that the Town of Ithaca applied for financial assistance from the New York State DepartmentofState(NYSDOS)forthepurposeoffundingtheEastShoreDrivePedestrianand Bicyclist Safety
Corridor Project feasibility study;
Resolved,thattheTownofIthacaisauthorizedanddirectedtoacceptthesegrantfundsinan amount not to exceed $50,500.00 for the project described in the grant application;
Resolved,thattheTownofIthacaisauthorizedanddirectedtoagreetothetermsandconditions of the Master Contract C1002545 with NYSDOS for such development of the East Shore Drive Pedestrian
and Bicyclist Safety Corridor Project feasibility study;
Resolved,thatthegoverningbodyofthemunicipalitydelegatessigningauthoritytoexecutethe Master Contract and any amendments thereto, any required deed of easement, and any other certifications
