Whereas on November 22, 2023, the Town of Ithaca Director of Public Works (Director) received proposals for the Garage Door Opener Replacement Services for the replacement of 7 commercial

for the work was made by Martin’s Door Service LLC, 1116 Route 5 & 20 Geneva NY 14456, now therefore be it
Resolved that the Director is authorized to approve change orders to said contract, not to exceed $5,000 in aggregate, upon receipt of appropriate justification, and be it further

not to exceed twenty-eight thousand six hundred forty-four dollars and zero cents ($28,644.00), and subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to the provisions of Town Law §220(2);
and be it further
