TB Resolution 2024 - 004: Set Dates for 2024 Meetings of the Town Board
Whereas the Town Board generally meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 5:30 p.m. and 4:30 respectively unless moved earlier/later due to holiday observance schedules;
on the first Thursday in October for a Budget Meeting and the Year End Meeting is the last Wednesday of December, now therefore be it
Resolved that the 2024Town Board Schedule is as follows:
January 8th and 22nd February 12th and 26th
March 11th and 25th
April 8th and 22nd
May 13th and no Study Session – Memorial Day on 27th
June 10th and 24th
July 8th and 22nd
August 12th and 26th
September 9th and 23rd (Tentative Budget Presented to the Board at the Study)
October 7th and 21st (No Budget Meeting due to Holiday on the 2nd – 4th )
November 4th and 25th (push early holiday on the 11th)
December 9th and no Study Session due to holiday on the 25th
December 30th 11:00 am - Year End Meeting
