TB Resolution 2024-006:Appointments of Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Board, and Conservation Board Members and Chairs
Whereas Fred T. Wilcox IIIindicated he would like to be reappointedas a Regular Planning Board Member for a term ending December 2030, and Kelda McGurk, Alternate, indicated she would
like to be reappointed for a term ending December 2024, and
Whereas Christine Jungindicated she would like to be reappointed as a Regular Zoning Board of Appeals member for a term ending December 2028 and Kim Ritter and Matthew Minnig indicated
they would like to be reappointed for the Alternate position for a term ending December 2024, and
Whereas the Planning Board has recommended Fred T. Wilcox IIIbe reappointed as Chair, and the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended David Squires be reappointed as Chair for the year
ending December 31, 2024, and
Whereas Lori Brewer, Michael Roberts, Ingrid Zabel and Lindsay Dombroskie have indicated they would like to be reappointed to their positions on the Conservation Board, and the Conservation
Board has recommended Lori Brewer be reappointed as Chair for 2024, now, therefore be it
Resolved that the Town Board hereby concurs with the recommendations and makes the following appointments:
Planning BoardFred T. Wilcox IIIas Regular Member – through 2030Kelda McGurk as Alternate Member through 2024Fred T. Wilcox IIIas Chair for 2024
Zoning Board of AppealsChristine Jung as Regular Member -through 2028
Kim Ritter as an Alternate Member - through 2024Matthew Minnig asan Alternate Member - through 2024
David Squires as Chair for 2024Conservation Board Lori Breweras Regular Member – through 2025Michael Roberts as Regular Member – through 2025Ingrid Zabel as Regular Member – through
2025Lindsay Dombroski as Associate Member – through 2024Lori Brewer as Chair for 2024
