TB Resolution 2024 - 033: Setting a public hearing regarding the signing of an easement with New York State Electric & Gas for the South Hill Recreation Way Extension project
Resolved that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at their meeting on April 8, 2024, meeting which begins at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 215 N Tioga Street, and broadcast live via
Zoom and YouTubeLive, for the convenience of the public regarding the signing of an easement with New York State Electric & Gas for the South Hill Recreation Way extension project.
At which time, all persons wishing to address the Board in favor or opposed to the proposed easement shall be heard. Links and the draft easement are available from the Town Clerk or
on the Town’s website:www.town.Ithaca.ny.us.
