TB Resolution 2024–037TBS: Authorizing the Supervisor to Sign the Memorandum of Understanding with Southern Cayuga Lake Intermunicipal Water System for Information Technology Services
Whereas, the Southern Cayuga Lake Intermunicipal Water Commission (Commission) is in need of information technology services and support and the Town of Ithaca has the capacity to provide
the services; and
Whereas, the attached Memorandum of Understanding outlines how the hours and expenses with be supplied and how the Commission will pay for the services outlined; now, therefore be it
Resolved, that the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca does hereby authorize the Town Supervisorto sign the Memorandum of Understanding agreement between the Town of Ithaca and Commission
for the Information Technology services, with the review by the Attorney for the Town.
