TB Resolution 2024 – 037: Authorization to proceed with purchase negotiations for the acquisition of real property on Elmira Road to preservea unique architectural and culturalasset
Resolved that the Town Supervisor is authorized to proceed with negotiations and execute all necessary documents associated with a purchase offer for the acquisition of approximately
three-and-a-half (3.5) acres on Elmira Road to preserve a uniquearchitectural and cultural asset for the benefit of town residents.
