TB Resolution 2024-038b: Approval of Town of Ithaca Abstract Resolvedthat the governing Town Board authorizes payment of the said vouchers in total for the amounts indicated. VOUCHER NOS.207 – 244 General Fund Town Wide 97,985.91 General Fund Part-Town 10,020.58 Highway Fund Town Wide DA 28,679.03 Highway Fund Part Town DB 137,697.49 Water Fund 714,012.55 Sewer Fund 109,073.88 TOTAL 1,097,469.44 TB Resolution 2024-038c: Approval ofRevised COVID Response Policy Whereas, the Town Board on November 20, 2021approved the COVID Response Policy, which was modified in May 2021 and September 2021 as restrictions were lifted; and Whereas, the Personnel and Organization committee reviewed the Revised COVID Response Policywhich explains the change in COVID-19 restrictions and how the NYS COVID-19Paid Leave will be appliedand recommends the Town Board adopts the Revised COVID Response Policy; now, therefore, be it Resolved, the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca does hereby approve the Revised COVID Response Policy; and be further Resolved, the COVID Response Policy will terminate when the NYS COVID-19 Paid Leave ends. TB Resolution 2024-038d: Sale of Surplus Items Whereas, a municipal online auction is held from time to time hosted by Auctions International located in East Aurora, NY, and Whereas, certain items have become surplus/no longer needed by the Town, and Whereas, the Town wishes to put the following surplus equipment in an online auction in March: (1) 2016 International Model 4300 Dump Truck (Fleet # 14) (1) 2012 Ford F-350 Crew Cab Pickup Truck (Fleet # 21) (6) Tires off of F-450, Size 225-70-R19.5, approximately 10,000 miles ware. Group of Tiger Mower Blades, Clevises & Pins (170 + count of each) Tow Behind Broadcast Spreader Tables – 6’ Diameter Stihl – Backpack Blower Model DR420C Erosion Nets (2) DR Trimmers Grasshopper Front Mounted Aerator Grasshopper Edger (Edge-EZ) Now therefore be it; Resolved, the Town Board declares said above-described equipment to be surplus and no longer needed by the Town, and authorizes the items listed above be placed in the auction with the proceeds from the sale going into the appropriate funds.
