TB Resolution 2024 - 055: Setting public hearings
Resolved that the Town Board will hold public hearings at its meeting on July 8, 2024, which begins at 5:30 p.m., at 215 N. Tioga St. and broadcast via the Zoom platform (link on our
website) for your convenience, regarding:
1. Adoption of a revised Official Town Map, and
2. Proposed local laws amending the Town of Ithaca Code, Chapter 1, “General Provisions” to update processes and Chapter 36 “Ethics” to update processes and remove restrictions on political
party affiliation when practicable.
All people wishing to be heard shall be. Comments can be made during the public hearing in person or by Zoom or may be submitted in writing to the Town Clerk to become part of the record.
