TB Resolution 2024 -76:Setting public hearings for proposed local laws amending Chapter 270, “Zoning” of the Town of Ithaca Code to add Electric Vehicle Charging Stations as Uses, and
to exempt Town-owned Sewer Infrastructure from certain requirements, and the Preliminary 2025 Budget for Southern Cayuga Lake Intermunicipal Water Commission (Bolton Point)
Resolved that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at their meeting on August 12, 2024, which begins at 5:30 p.m., held at Town Hall, 215 N. Tioga St., Ithaca, regarding:
a. proposed local law amending Town of Ithaca Code Chapter 270, “Zoning” to add Electric Vehicle Charging Stations as Uses; and
b. proposed local law amending Town of Ithaca Code Chapter 270, “Zoning” to exempt Town-owned Sewer Infrastructure from certain requirements, and
c. the Preliminary 2025 Budget for Southern Cayuga Lake Intermunicipal Water Commission (Bolton Point)
At which time all persons wishing to be heard regarding the proposed actions shall be heard.
