TB Resolution 2024 - 81a: Approval of Town Board Minutes
Resolved that the draft minutes of July 8, 2024, are adopted as final with any non-substantive changes made.
TB Resolution 2024 -81b: Town of Ithaca Abstract No. 14 for FY-2024
Resolved that the Town Board approves the audited vouchers be paid in full in the amounts indicated:

Resolved that the governing Town Board hereby authorizes the payment of the following audited vouchers:
Voucher Numbers: 239-290
Check Numbers: 21542-21593
Capital Impr/Repl Project $ 225,562.65
Operating Fund $ 208,050.03
TOTAL $ 433,612.68
TB Resolution 2024- 81d: Appointment of Planning Board Member
Whereas there is a vacant Planning Board Member position, and the selection committee has interviewed and recommends Gary Stewart to the position; now, therefore, be it
Resolved that the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca does hereby appoint Gary Stewart to a full Planning Board Member filling out a term ending December 31, 2029.
TB Resolution 2024 – 81e: Sale of Surplus Items
Whereas, a municipal online auction is held from time to time hosted by Auctions International located in East Aurora, NY, and
Whereas, certain items have become surplus/no longer needed by the Town, and
Whereas, the Town wishes to put the following surplus equipment in an online auction in March:
Assorted Galvanized Pipe Connectors
Ductile Iron Saw with Power Unit and Water Tank
Assorted Plastic Pipe Fittings
Cast Iron Curb and Frame Grates
Assorted Metal Siding from 2003 DPW Building Renovation
Now therefore be it;
Resolved, the Town Board declares said above-described equipment to be surplus and no longer needed by the Town and authorizes the items to be in the auction with the proceeds from the
sale going into the appropriate funds.
