TB Resolution 2024 - 89: Setting a public hearing regarding a proposed local law
Resolved that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at their meeting on Monday, September 9, 2024, which begins at 5:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 215 N Tioga St., and broadcast via Zoom,
regarding a proposed “Local law amending Chapter 270 (Zoning) of the Town of Ithaca Code exempting all Town of Ithaca-owned water and sewer infrastructure from zoning requirements” at
which time any person wishing to be heard shall be heard.
