Resolved that the Town Board hereby adopts/approves the following consent agenda items:
Approval of Town Board Minutes
Town of Ithaca Abstract
Acknowledge receipt of 2023 Independent Audit
Pulled - Adopt revised Personnel Manual - Lactation Accommodation Policy and Wellness Program
Approve Permanent Appointment of Computer System Support Aide – Newman
Reporting Elected Officials Standard Workday

TB Resolution 2024 - 90a: Approval of Town Board Minutes
Resolved that the Town Board approves the July 22 and August 12, 2024, minutes as submitted, with any non-substantive changes made.
TB Resolution 2024 - 90b: Town of Ithaca Abstract No. 16 for FY-2024
Resolved that the Town Board hereby authorizes the payment of the following audited vouchers in total for the amounts indicated.

TB Resolution 2024 - 90c: Acknowledge receipt of Independent Audit YE 2023
Resolved that the Town Board acknowledges receipt of the Independent Audit submitted by the EFPR Group, CPAs, for year ending 2023.
TB Resolution 2024 - 90d: Adoption of Revised Personnel Manual – Lactation Accommodation Policy and Wellness Program
Whereas, the Employee Relations Committee and Personnel & Organization Committee have reviewed the revised policy and program and recommend revising for all staff of the Town, now, therefore,
be it
Resolved, that the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca does hereby approve effective immediately the revised policy and program listed below to replace the current policies in the Personnel
Manual.
Revised Policies:
Lactation Accommodation Policy- new policy to address NYS law change.
Revised Program:
Employee Wellness Program – clarification on who can participate.

TB Resolution 2024 – 90e: Approve Permanent Appointment of Computer System Support Aide – Newman
Whereas, Jacob Newman was provisionally appointed as the Computer Systems Support Aide, effective May 22, 2022, pending the next civil service exam; and
Whereas, the Tompkins County Civil Service office has provided the certificate of eligible listing for the said title and Jacob Newman was a reachable candidate; now, therefore be it
Resolved, the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca does hereby appointment of Jacob Newman to the position of Computer Systems Support Aide, with no change in current compensation or benefits,
retro-active to August 19, 2024; and be it further
Resolved, an eight (8) week probationary period applies with no further action by the Town Board if there is successful completion of the probationary period as determined by the Network
Specialist.
TB Resolution 2024 – 90f: Reporting Elected Officials Standard Workday
Resolved that the Town Board approves the Report for Elected Officials Standard Workday as submitted.
