Whereas, the Town of Ithaca Town Board has determined that the establishment and authorization of the Town of Ithaca 2024 Inlet Valley Sewer Improvement and Town of Ithaca 2024 Sewer
Improvement Area, as described in the Town Board’s Order Setting a Public Hearing dated September 23, 2024,together with the related actions and approvals required by other boards and
agencies (the “Project”), is an Unlisted action for which the Town of Ithaca Town Board is acting in an uncoordinated environmental review with respect to the Project, and
Whereas, the Town of Ithaca Town Board, at its meeting held on October7, 2024, has reviewed and accepted as adequate a Short Environmental Assessment Form (SEAF) Part 1, prepared by
the Town Engineer, and Parts 2 and 3, prepared by the Town Planning and Town Engineering Departments, now, therefore be it
Resolved, that the Town of Ithaca Town Board hereby makes a negative determination of environmental significancein accordance with Article 8 of the Environmental Conservation Law, 6
NYCRR Part 617 New York State Environmental Quality Review, and Chapter 148 Environmental Quality Review of the Town of Ithaca Code for the above-referenced Project as proposed, based
on the information in the SEAF Part 1, and for the reasons set forth in Parts 2 and 3and, therefore, a Draft Environmental Impact Statement will not be required.
