Resolved that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at its meeting on December 9, 2024, which begins at 5:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 215 N Tioga St., regarding a proposed local law amending
Enforcement Provisions in Chapter 270 (Zoning) of the Town of Ithaca Code, at which time all persons wishing to speak regarding the proposed legislation will be heard.
