TB Resolution 2024 -143: Set a public hearing regarding a proposed local law revising Town of Ithaca Code Chapter 270: Zoning violations and penalties
Resolved that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at its meeting on January 13, 2025, which begins at 5:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 215 N Tioga St., regarding a proposed local law Violations
and Penalties in Chapter 270 (Zoning) of the Town of Ithaca Code, at which time all persons wishing to speak regarding the proposed legislation will be heard.
