Whereas, the Town of Ithaca wishes to extend the services of a wireless telecommunications consultant
The term is revised to be extended to: December 31, 2025
All other provisions of the Contract remain unchanged.
Resolved that the Town of Ithaca hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor to execute the Amended Agreementwith William P. Johnson to conduct the requested services as described in the Proposed
Statement of Work and Engagement Agreement originally dated June 18, 2024 and further dated January 1st, 2025.
