TB Resolution 2025 -019:Setting a public hearing regarding “A Local Law to Amend Zoning Chapters 270 and 271 of the Town of Ithaca Code to Provide a Planned Development Zone for the
Maplewood II Development between Maple Avenue and Lena Street”
Resolved that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at their meeting on March 10, 2025, which begins at 5:30 p.m., held at Town Hall, 215 N. Tioga St., Ithaca, regarding a Local
Law authorizingthe creation of Planned Development Zone No. 17 (Limited Mixed Use, Maplewood II) at which time all persons wishing to be heard regarding the proposed action shall be
heard.
