TB Resolution 2025 - 086: Authorization to send a Request for Qualifications out for a company to provide short-term rental monitoring services
Whereas the Code Enforcement Department has identified a need to continue to have a third-party company provide monitoring services of all short-term rented dwelling units to assist
with Town of Ithaca Code compliance efforts, now, therefore be it
Resolved that the Town Board authorizes sending out a Request for Qualifications for short-term rental monitoring services.
