TB Resolution 2025 - 154: Award Contract for Short Term Rental monitoring services
Resolved that the Town Board approves and authorizes the Supervisor to sign a contract with Deckard Technologies, 1620 Fifth Ave., Ste 400, Sand Diego, CA,for professional Short Term
Rental monitoring services with an initial term of one year at a cost of $5,000 with an option for additional years subject to price increase(s) agreeable to both parties.
