-Page break –2026 AGREEMENT FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF HIGHWAY MONIESTown of Ithaca Highway Superintendent and the Town of IthacaTompkins County, New York.Pursuant to the provisions of Section
284 of the Highway Law, we agree that money levied and collected in the Town and money received from the State for State Aid for the repair and improvement of highways, shall be expended
as follows:
GENERAL REPAIRS. The sum of $355,000shall be set aside to be expended for primary work and general repairs of town highways, including sluices, culverts, pavement markings, guiderails,
surface treating and bridges having a span of less than five feet and walks or the renewals thereof.PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS. The sum of 80,000 shall be set aside to be expended for the
permanent improvement of town highways that are not included in the capital project section, such as re-establishing shoulders, mill asphalt, and installing an asphalt overly on:
Winners Circle - 0.13 miles of road - $35,000Penny Lane (North and South) -0.53 miles of road - $130,000
Dove Drive - 0.44 miles of road - $95,000
Pheasant Lane - 0.12 miles of road - $30,000
Lois Lane - 0.23 miles of road - $55,000Stone Quarry Road (From Approximately House #253 South) - 0.70 miles of road - $155,000West King Road (From Approximately House #331 to Danby
Rd.) – 0.87miles of road $360,000Signatures -
