TB Resolution 2026 - 010: Approval and adoption of revised Records Management Policy and Procedures and new Rules of Conduct at Public Meetings and Rules for Public Comments
Whereas the Records Management Advisory Board reviewed and recommended changes to the Records Management Policy and Procedures to reflect current processes and exemptions from the adopted
retention schedule, and
Whereas the Personnel and Organizational Committee reviewed and recommended a new policy for Rules of Conduct at Public Meetings and Rules for Public Comments to better inform the public
of expectations during public meetings, now, therefore be it
Resolved that the Town Board approves and adopts the revised Records Management Policy and Procedure and the new Rules of Conduct at Public Meetings and Rules for Public Comments as
submitted, effective immediately.
