ZBAU-26-1 Appeal of Ithaca Dispatch c/o Peter Kadar, Owner of 615 Elmira Rd.; Michael
Perehinec, Agent; is seeking relief from Town of Ithaca Code, Article VIII (Low Density
Residential Zones), to allow for uses to occur that are not identified in said article.
Town of Ithaca Code Article VIII (Low Density Residential Zones) does not allow for a
woodworking/cabinet shop, a painting/finishing booth, vehicle storage, boat storage, personal
auto detailing, construction material storage, and professional offices to be operated, where the
applicant is proposing to use the property as identified above.The property is currently located in
the Low-Density Residential zone, Tax Parcel No. 31.-2-30
For public convenience, the meeting can be attended virtually via the ZOOM platform.
Comments on the appeal(s) can be made in person or via the ZOOM platform during the
meeting. You can also email comments or questions up until 3pm the day of the meeting to
Codes@townithacany.gov. All comments become part of the official record.
