Conifer Managers have communicated that heating Technicians have replaced the
circulator pump,and heat is working properly. I also spoke with the tenant and
have confirmed that the heat is on and maintaining at 71 degrees. Complaint can
be closed.

Conducted an onsite visit with the tenant Albert Valdez at 204 Cypress Ct. unit 1,
Linderman Creek, I observed no heat from the hydronic baseboard, I attempted to
turn the heat up,waited about 10 minutes and still could not feel heat from any of
the baseboards throughout the unit.The onsite office was closed at the time of
inspection and open on Monday,Wednesday, and Fridays. I have emailed both
Community Managers Lori Laurenson, Emily Jones and Regional Manager Brittany
Johnson making them aware of the urgent situation and requesting an immediate
timeline to verify that there is heat and the heating system is working correctly.
