Please find the enclosed the certificate of occupancy issued in 2005, for the property located at the
above referenced address. The property in question is located in the Multiple Residence Zone (MR). Based
on our records, the operating permit issued for 208 Cypress Court expired on 7/14/19. A new fire safety

After a fire inspection has occurred and been determined to be code compliant, a letter would be
