I am writing in request of information that is needed for a re-financing loan report regarding Linderman Creek I
Apartments located at 208 Cypress Court Ithaca, N Y 14850, Parcel numbers : 27.-1-13.161, 27.-1-13.14 . 1 am
requesting it on behalf of Conifer Realty, LLC. Please let me know if more information is needed, if fees are involved
or if another municipality needs to be contacted.
Building Information Request
1 am requesting the most recent building inspection report, any open building code violations, most recent certificate
of occupancy issued, and any permits for above/underground storage tanks.
