Detailed Description of Complaint
Resident name is Beverly Southard she lives at Ellis Hollow Senior Apts apt 243 she is in her 80's. Her health has declined and her
legs are bothering her. She says she hasn't bathed since December last year. She getting senile and embarrassed about her condition
and does not know how to get help. Her apt has bed bugs and roaches and is unkept. She is u able to open her windows for fresh air
because they do not open and others have tried. It's uninhabitable in my opinion. Conifer is lying and negligent with these issues. I
have proven my complaint with apt 242 condition this apt is across the hall.
As we suspected the infestation from apt 242 has affected 3 nearby apts but Beverly's is not treated.
Her bed is infested.much clutter and fire hazzards. Management is neglectful I. Addressing as they should. As a tenant advocate I will
continue to make complai is to get the attention we need. Please inspect asap! Park on side of building away from front office if
manager sees you pull into front of the building she will hide from you. Front door has an issue but ring office door bell. Or call my cell
phone 607 229 7659 and I will let you in. Please come asap! Thank you all. Please wear protective gear. Shoe coverings etc.
