Detailed Description of Complaint
Gladys left a voice mail stating that her stove hasn't worked for a week and Conifer
has known about the need. She has concerns about the maintenance of the building
and Conifers inability to keep the building clean. She is concerned that there are
people there that cannot live independently and it creates problems for the entire
building ie. people not taking care of their animals, stench in the hallways etc. She has
lived there 10 years and has watched the building go down hill because of the
ownership.
