I have tried to contact the complainant 4 times now and left messages to call back.
The name on the voice does not match the name of the complainant that is on
record. Do not know if this is the issue.Also have called the management firm twice
and left messages to call back.\n\nFinally spoke with Virginia, stove has been
replaced and other items have been worked on by the staff
