Detailed Description of Complaint
Dispatched by TC911 for a KNOX lockout.
Upon arrival
-KNOX accessed
-Building maintenance is on scene making access to the apt.. Found extreme hoarding
conditions in the apt.
-Resident was not there initially but arrived as Ithaca Fire Department was clearing.
-Met with TCSD exterior and directed him to the apt. for keeping the peace between
building maintenance and the resident -Ithaca Fire Department was approached and
received a complaint of a fire door being propped open near apt. 127. Stated that he
has made multiple formal complaints to building reps. Ithaca Fire Department
investigates and confirmed -KNOX secured.
