requested to correct any violations that have been cited. Severe violations must be corrected immediately. All other
violations must be corrected within 30 days of this report.

Fire protection systems shall be inspected,tested and maintained in accordance with the referenced standards,listed in Table
90161 (SEE BOOK)
Comment:Sprinkler System due for 5 year internal inspection(NFPA 25).

Portable fire extinguishers shall be selected,installed and maintained in accordance with this section and NFPA 10.Exceptions: 1.
The distance of travel to reach an extinguisher shall not apply to the spectator seating portions of Group A-5 occupancies.2.Thirty
-day inspections shalt not be required and mafntenanre shall be allowed to be once every 3 years for dry-chemical or halogenated
agent portable fire extinguisher,that are supervised by a listed and approved electronic monitoring device,provided that all of the
following conditions are met 2.1. Electronic monitoring shall confirm that extinguishers are properly positioned,properly charged
