Met with Community Manager Lori Laurenson, and while onsite the maintenance
personnel met me at the exterior storage unit to verify the wall patched around
sprinkler head is indeed patched and completed, no further issues, close
complaint.

A work order invoice doc.was submitted by Community Manager Lori Laurenson
detailing the work completion for the wall patching around sprinkler head in
exterior storage unit. See attachment for document.Will need to verify in person
work done, please schedule an in-person inspection.

Stopped onsite unannounced and knocked on door of 203 Cypress Ct. unit 3,a
man answered the door and allowed me access to the storage room to verify
repairs, see pic below.Area around the sprinkles have not been patched and are
required to be repaired. No portable heater was observed in the storage unit.

Met onsite with Emily Jones at apartment 203 Cypress unit 3. regarding burst
sprinkler pipe, upon inspection it appears pipe has been repaired but wall is
required to be patched and tenant had an electrical space heater operating in a
small confined area. I asked Building Manager Emily to remove heater and she
complied. Follow up with wall patch and second building pipe repair.

Received work invoice from Property Manager Emily Jones,after reading the
invoice another leak pipe was found in another building and will require to be fixed.
Please see attachment for the work invoice for correcting pipe burst in wall in
apartments at 203 Cypress Creek and emails with Emily requesting to provide
documentation for the another leaky pipe.

Visited site today, left my card with info.to call the office. Spoke with Property
Maintenance Employee Dan, he informed Emily was out of Town at meeting,and
he mention sprinkler pipe was fixed.

Contacted Emily Jones, Community Manager of Linderman Creek Apartments via
email for a update on the sprinkler system and repairs and to setup an onsite
inspection for verification. I tried calling and could not leave a message due to
inbox being full.
