Detailed Description of Complaint
Ceiling is leaking, filling coolers with water. He talked to Maintenance and they said they didn't know why it was leaking but no plan for
fixing it. Numerous maintenance issues that don't get taken care of. There doesn't appear to be a manager any more. He has lived
here 15 years and his electric bill went from$50 to$400 in one month. He is very concerned there is something going on with the
electric in the building that would cause something like this.
