Unexpected visit to 200 Conifer Dr, met with Property Manager Jeff Hull regarding
a complaint from IFD call to investigate a trouble alarm on 3rd floor storage closet
photelectric detector had trouble on the panel due to heat from weather, no
issues. Except upon leaving 3rd floor it was found elevator call button depressed
wall caused concerns that button may not be operating.TK Elevator Corporation
technician replaced,tested new button. See invoice document for verification. I
also observed the elevator and 3rd floor buttons, no issues.
