Detailed Description of Complaint
IFD called to investigate a trouble alarm. 3rd fl storage closet photoelectric detector trouble on the panel. Investigated found no
problem other than the room was hot and humid from the weather. Upon leaving 3rd fl found elevator call button depressed into wall,
occupants may not be able to operate call button. I left a note for the office staff and wrote this complaint for follow up.
