Property manager provided documentation of the doors being removed for the dryers
currently being stored and out of order.

Meet with property manager,Emily Jones,for a follow-up on this complaint.2 new dryers have
been installed at this time.Semi-rigid metal duct appears to have been used for dryers which
is code compliant.Two other dryers remained out of service and were unplugged from power
source.Emily communicated that they would be removing the dryers in the near future and
purchasing additional dryers. I mentioned to Emily that NYS Property Maintenance Code
section 308.2.2 requires equipment such as a dryer,to have the doors removed if not in
operation and if being stored on premise.Emily to have maintenance remove doors and will
provide photo documentation.To keep complaint open until photo documentation is provided.

I attempted to contact the property manager via phone to notify them of my intent to visit and
discuss this complaint.No one answered the phone line. I drove out to make a sit visit to see if I
could make progress in-person,office hours do not include Friday,so I was unable to gain
access inside. Emailed manager,Emily,to get in touch early next week to address this
complaint.
