Local Law Number 2 for the year 1976, adopted August 23, 1976, as subsequently amended is further amended by deleting the water rate schedule previously adopted and inserting the water rate schedule set forth in this local law. The water charge will then be multiplied by the number of units on the master meter and this will be the billing rendered. An annual charge of $20.00 per diameter inch for each fire protection main serving a sprinkler system will be billed on January 1 of each year. „1 The water application fee for•each new application of water and/or sewer is as follows: The fee per application shall be determined by adding the appropriate oasts fron Sections A, B, & C. Section A: SERVICE TAP If tap exists No Charge 3/4" or 1" tap by Bolton Point (includes valve) $ 50.00 1-1/411, 1-1/2" or 2" tap by Bolton Point (owner supplies valve) $ 50.00 larger than 2" (tap done under Bolton Point supervision, owner pays for all costs) $ 50.00 Section B: METER 3/4" $ 50.00 1" $150.00 larger than 1" - custaner pays cost of meter and accessories Section C. The revenues derived from this surcharge will be used for repairs and maintenance of the Town Wide water improvement except that a certain percent thereof will be used for repairs and maintenance of the Town-Wide Sewer Improvement in the Town.
