TOWN OF ITHACA LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF THE YEAR 2014
A Local Law Amending Chapter 32 of the Town of Ithaca Code, Entitled “Ethics, Code of”
to Add the Words “or Certificate of Compliance” after the Words “Certificate of
Occupancy”
Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 32 (Ethics, Code of), Section 11 of the Town of Ithaca Code,
entitled “Local Ethics Board”, is hereby amended as follows:
(1) Section 32-11.D (5) is amended by adding the words “or certificates of compliance” after
the words “certificates of occupancy.”
Section 2. If any provision of this local law is found invalid by any court of
competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect any other provisions of this local law,
which shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. This local law shall take effect immediately upon its filing with the New
York Secretary of State.
