City, iWn or Village Clerk or officer designated by. local iMislative body (Seal) Date: DOS-02.39-f-l fRev. 0B/12\Dono A r»f A Adopted April 13, 2015 TOWN OF ITHACA LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF THE YEAR 2015 Local Law Amending Chapter 271 of the Town of Ithaca Code, Entitled “Zoning: Special Land Use Districts” to Modify the Requirements for the Seasonal Camping Facilities at the La Tourelle Resort Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca as follows: Section 1. Chapter 271, Section 271-3 of the Town of Ithaca Code, entitled “Planned Development Zone No. 1”, is hereby amended as follows: (1) Section 271-3B(5)(a)(7)[b] is amended by replacing subparagraph [b] with a new subparagraph [b] reading as follows: “[b] Related commons lobby tent (one tent up to 40 feet by 60 feet), dining / lounge tent (one tent up to 20 feet by 40 feet), bathroom and shower facilities, fire circle, hot tub, office space, and grills;” Section 2. If any provision of this local law is found invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect any other provisions of this local law, which shall remain in full force and effect. Section 3. This local law shall take effect immediately upon its filing with the New York Secretary of State.
